Our Vision
By restoring a historical buidling into a vibrant place for specialty coffee, an artisan sourdough bakery, and a lunch restaurant we want to create a food destination that invites people to gather over a shared meal, coffee or a conversation.
We’re turning passion into unforgettable flavours and true craftsmanship.
Follow our locally sourced ingredients on their journey—from field to plate. Crafted with intention, by skilled hands. No shortcuts, just transparency, time, and quality.
Godsmagasinet isn’t just about food. It’s about building something lasting —slowly, thoughtfully, and with purpose. A place that feels honest. A place to land.
Can you find Godsmagasinet in this photo?
Yes, Godsmagasinet is just to the left of the train tracks in the center of Älmhult.
This picture was taken in Summer 1933. You can see in the background the lake Möckeln with it´s many islands.
In the foreground you will see Lokstallet (the roundhouse) and the big parts of the western side of town (were IKEA established later on) with big fields of agriculture.
